Happy Holidays!! (for now..)
Zer had a great and fantastic weekend! Slept till 2pm on Saturday and went to Ruoxuan's 21st birthday party and saw most of the CAC peepz.. and today had ktv with the pub peepz and fencing friends! Its just great meeting up with so many pple whom I had hardly seen this semester or even since I returned from Denmark! So many things to catch up with some old friends and it just feels like the old times.
And during the gatherings, we planned for more future outings! like new year's eve party, xmas gift sharing, MORE ktv sessions (no longer lookin forward to them) Sounds quite exciting eh, but I can hardly truly feel the excitement in me. Somemore in the back of my mind, I have this nagging ominous feeling that I may not be able to join my friends in the festive celebrations as freely as I want to. Somewhere in my brain is screaming.."FYPPP!!" How I wish I do not have to do that this holidays. But I must pull through and wrap up my experiments soon. I must I must I must...
Just pray for me and wish me best of luck when I resume my experiments come this (much dreaded) Tuesday after my much deserved stress-free wkend!! Wish that my microscope will be in top condition, pray that my lovely bacteria will be in good mood, and hope that my mentor will give my more timely feedback for my results....
I really really need the luck!
And I'm so looking forward to the next weekends already. Mahjong and maybe some peaceful (sleeping) at home. Really envious of pple going for holidays.. tingyun to hk... mel to melbourne... xinling to genting, yian to cambodia, max to pangkor and yanli to taiwan... I also want!! But I have to wait till after graduation I guess...
